1. Account & Eligibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
  • One person, one account. Impersonation is not allowed.

trading journal is a personal journaling and community learning platform. Nothing published, posted or generated on this site is:

  • Investment, financial, tax or legal advice.
  • An offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, commodity or crypto asset.
  • A guarantee of profits, returns or performance — past performance shown in any journal is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that markets carry significant risk of capital loss and you can lose more than your invested amount in leveraged instruments.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to post, share, comment or upload any content that is:

  • Abusive, hateful, discriminatory or harassing towards any person or group.
  • Sexual, pornographic or violent.
  • Spam, scams, pump-and-dump schemes, paid tips or unauthorised advisory.
  • False, misleading or manipulated market information.
  • Copyright-infringing, private data of others, or illegal under Indian law.

Reported comments are reviewed by admins. Confirmed violations lead to comment deletion and may lead to a permanent ban.

4. Community Moderation

  • Any user can report a comment using the "Report" option next to it.
  • Any user can block another user; blocked users' trades and comments will be hidden from your feed.
  • Admins may remove content and ban accounts without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trading journal, its owners and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages — including but not limited to trading losses, missed profits or data loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
